ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM DECEMBER 1ST ONWARDS WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 8TH.
You can exchange the garment for another one or get a voucher for the purchase value that does not expire.
In the case of costume jewelry accessories, bandanas and bags, no exchanges or returns are accepted.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Orders placed from December 1st onwards have an extended period for changes and returns until January 8th.
Exchanges are subject to availability. An exchange for another item incurs a fee of €6.50.

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON PENDANTS AND EARRINGS
If you don't like the garment, all you have to do is:
- Write to us at devolucionesmysulafish@gmail.com. We will provide you with the address to which you should send the item by courier, and once received, we will process the refund. We never accept collect on delivery packages.
- As soon as we have it in our hands, we will quickly issue a refund to the same card you used to make the payment.
- We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking because We are not responsible in case of loss or misplacement
- If you prefer that we arrange the collection via our courier service, 6.50 will be deducted.
